Online application system

All grant applications must be submitted through the electronic online application grant system. When registering in the system, a sports association or club needs a business ID (Y-tunnus). The system stores the applicant’s details and handles all matters related to applying for grants, reporting and disbursement.

The system is supplied by Aspicore Oy.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), which came into effect on May 25, 2018, you can review the foundation’s data protection notice here. If you have any questions or wish to remove your data from the register, please contact the office of Urheiluopistosäätiö.

Application Period and Criteria

The application period for grants is annually in September (1.-30.9.) and grants are applied for the following year.
